Uniformly perforated objects: a useful drainstrainer example

I needed a drain-strainer for a 57mm drain hole that would not clog in a laundry trough that can experience large water inflows - with fluff that blocks standard drain-strainers.

Not sure of the profile of the strainer that would yield best results - I wrote a small Rhino/Grasshopper model that takes an arbitary revolution profile and uniformly pierces it.

The result performs very well - and there is now a computational geometry model that can create uniformly spaced perforations in an ar
