Diving knife/scissors clip

I lost the holding clip of this knife/scissors combi, It's quite a simple part but I didn't test it in the water, yet.
The #1 file is the simpler one which holds very thight. The #2 leaves a little bit space and has a kind of a grip which should make it easier to handle.
The rust came from the metal clip I improvised before.
