50mm Radial (centrifugal) to 40mm Axial Fan Adapter

This part allows a common inexpensive 50mm radial fan sold on eBay and elsewhere to be used on fan shrouds that were originally designed for 40mm axial fans. I printed a different fan adapter here on thingiverse and it wasn't even close to fitting. The fan I used is labeled AV-5015S (see pictures).
