peristaltic pump, roller pump with auto occlusion

This is work in progress. Working on a peristaltic/roller pump with automatic occlusion setting of the pump tubing. Varying the inserts should provide use of different tubing sizes. The pump is intended to be driven by a stepper motor (Nema 17) either directly or by belt.
