Anet A8 better Z endstop

the original Anet a8 Oem piece was very bad,, this piece is a remix of the best fine Z ajusting that i saw in thingiverse, revised to adapt my frame and thinking in the way to be used in all the frame variations thant can be in the Anet ecosisteme.
