Parts for my DIY "Full Graphic Smart Controller"

I used parts on hand to make a version of the RepRapDiscount Full Graphic Smart Controller based on info from this page - http://reprap.org/wiki/RepRapDiscount_Full_Graphic_Smart_Controller
All parts found on eBay: Display is about $9 USD (make sure it's the 5 volt version) and was cheaper than a character display. Encoder was about $1.50 and I had a switch in the parts box...
