Longer small spool holder for Taulman 3d Bridge filament

The adapter for smaller inner diameter by Kningzer was almost perfect to fit a Taulman 3d Bridge filament spool onto my Monoprice Maker Select v2.1 - however, it was just slightly too short. I've extended it. Please use the nut from his project (available here - http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1708188 ) - but print this instead if you need a longer spool adapter.
