Mendel Carriage with Fan Mount for GT2 belts

This is just a minor change: I made the Model compatible to GT2 belts.

Just copied over the STL part of the teeth from a GT2 version to Number Six's Sketchup model and cleaned up in Netfabb. The SKP file brings errors to the STL file!
