spool holder mark 2

This one is made with the main part from my last version,
the holes are offset so the edge of the rotating disk keeps the screws in place (dia 5mm)
the tube is a 30 mm acrylic tube.
anything can be used as a foot as long as it is has a bigger footprint than the spool of filament.
I've added a spool incert for a chinese PLA spool I just bought 56mm center hole.
