Knob for the Full Graphic Smart LCD Controller

The knob on that controller is small and fiddly and slides on far enough to not be clickable when in a case like http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:87250.

I really liked the looks of the knob on the Original Prusa i3 MK2 controller, so I created something similar to that.
