50x15mm radial to 40mm axial adaptor with 4 mounting holes

Needed a mount hole on the bottom to use as a motherboard cooler for my Wanhao Duplicator 6 so I added one.

Update: I added a mirror image object to put the 5015 on the right when mounting inside a D6.
