Lego hose radial fan duct mount

remixed from ZiggyRobo's design, this is altered to fit on a 40x40 radial fan, using [Lego ribbed hose](http://www.bricklink.com/catalogList.asp?catType=P&catString=522) instead of electrical conduit - same basic thing, except it has a 7mm diameter.
i added a conical section into the insert to help focus the airflow into the tubing, and sliced the nozzle at a 33 degree angle to allow me to get it closer to the hot end without colliding with the bed/print.
