MonoPrice Select Mini Skull Control Dial

After printing the [Extended control dial for MonoPrice Select Mini/Malyan M200 by seagas](http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1692885), I noticed some difficulties getting the dial to click-select an item. After pulling it apart, I noticed that the bottom of the dial extension, and also on the earlier option, The Better Dial, the bottoms were totally flat.
