Hinged Extruder Fan for Tronxy 802MA

This is a remix of Kelle8's hinge extruder fan plate to fit the tronxy 802PMA printer.

1. The A8 logo has also been removed since I am re-using the fan guard
2. Mounting bracket is thinner and the screw hold is sunken so that it freely rotates.
3. Clears the Auto Level bracket and screw

I used the extra m3 nuts/screws that came with the printer and longer bearing screws (again extras) to put it all together
