This is a lid for a 28 oz (JIF) peanut butter jar 769-6. Likely useful with other similar plastic jars. The internal thread has a 5mm pitch and the ID across the crests of the minor diameter of the thread is around 80mm. Scale slightly as required to get the perfect fit.
