Titan + bltouch mount compatible with greg's carriage

Direct titan + bltouch support compatible with greg's wade extruder support holes and prusa i3 carriage.

I have included two new screws in x-carriage in order to enforce robustness subjection.
x-carriage is based on my previous Prusa carriage modification http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1446976, check out the belt tensioner.
