Titan Extruder Alternate Cover

An alternate front cover for the E3D Titan extruder. This cover allows swapping the hot end without releasing the inner mechanism (spring, gear, etc.).

I did not want to remove the bearing from the original cover, so I made a version that uses a MR105-2RS bearing instead. (MR105-2RS bearings are used in mini v-slot wheels.) If anyone prints the version for the original bearing please let me know how the fit is so I can adjust the model if needed.
