Glass Speaker Extension

The bone conducting speaker on Google Glass is more effective when pressed firmly against the side of your skull. Several folks on the Google+ Glass Explorer [community][1] have tried using various hacks to extend the speaker's contact surface.

This is a simple, parametric item modeled in FreeCAD which I've used to do the same. You can adjust the pad property of the part to make the extension deeper or shallower as necessary.
