Ratcheted Pulley

I needed a specific pulley for a system to help my grandfather bring items up and down the stairs. It is essentially a basket attached to a rope that is hooked onto 4 pulleys. 2 of them are just for tension, but at the top and bottom of the stairs is a large pulley with a handle on it. This is one of them. I put this one on the bottom of the stairs. The ratchet system allows the basket to be cranked upward, but not fall back down.
