Adapter for Tygon Tubing

One of my coworkers tried to pull tubing off a glass Y-adapter. He never regained full use of the thumb which it sliced open when it broke.
These are designed for Tygon tubing with a 1/4 inch internal diameter.
I sealed them with a couple of layers of acrylic paint, and then superglue (probably overkill). They are apparently gas tight so far.
Not intended to contain liquids (unless you print in something more resilient than PLA, which will definitely dissolve in organic solvents and eventuall
