Makibox Z-Probe for e3d heatend

This is for my makibox a6 printer that i could add temporary Z-Probe for bed calibration.
This is designed to use LJ12A3-4-Z/BY Inductive Proximity Sensor.

I inserted pieces of aluminium tape in bed glass so sensor can detect glass level.
