Pixhawk 2.1 Cube 45mm Mount Adapter Plate

This mount adapter allows for the installation of a [Pixhawk 2.1](http://tro.pe/2jFeXIQ) to a 45mm square hole pattern found in many large scale multirotors. Make sure to attach the standoffs prior to screwing down the Pixhawk 2.1 due to the fact that the PH2.1 covers the standoff screws. Thanks.
