Filament cooling fan holder for Prusa i3 X

I know there are a bunch of different models already here, but none that came with the right attachment for my printer. The Prusa i3 X (Geeetech) has 2 spare screw holes at the extruder plate, which I use to attach my cooling fan holder. The opening and holes are made for a 4x4cm fan.
