Rubber Band submarine remix

Remixed to fit standard skate bearings. Props now fit with better clearance and a hole for paperclip connection instead of the slot. I had trouble with rubber bands falling off if twisted too much. A paperclip should be a better attachment point.

edit: Had a problem with the propLH printing broken. I think the newest file should work.
