Geeetech I3 Pro B Fan Shroud Only for Factory Metal Extruder Bracket

This remix takes the fan shroud section and adds a mount section so that the threaded holes on the standard factory metal extruder bracket on the Geeetech I3 Pro B can be used.

The added mount accounts for the offset of those holes to the nozzle, the height from the holes to the shroud output is ~38mm, ~2mm shy of the nozzle.

This remix does not include the mound for the abl-sensor.
