Prusa i3 MK2 - Y-Frame Assembly Helper - In Quarters - Remix

Update 03.18.2017: I just received my printer which turns out to be a mk2s. I am on chapter 2, Y-Axis. I have used my print of the Y-Frame Assemby Helper. See photo. I think it was very handy.

mdkendall's mod is a great mod. My problem with it though is metric screws are somewhat expensive and hard to come by where I live. Since this thing is likely one use, I hate to lose inserts, assuming I even have the correctly sized ones. So I altered mdkendall's remix to add a 3D printed fasten
