LSI 9260-8i / IBM M5015 Full Height Adapter

This is a full height slot adapter for an LSI 9260-8i or derivatives of this card, like the IBM M5015. It should work w/ the 9211-8i as well but I haven't tested it. Have beefed the supports a bit so that it can hold up the battery pack w/o sagging.
