Dyson Replacement Cord Clip

So I was working on a Dyson DC25 the other day, to my surprise the replacement power cord (purportedly OEM) is much shorter than the original and does not have a cord clip.

While I'm not positive, I think the cord commonly shipped as a replacement for the DC25 now is one of the animal vacuum cords. Hopefully that means this clip will fit other Dyson's as well (our DC25 is the only one I've really seen).
