Makerfarm i3v EZ load extruder

This is a modified version of the Greg's Accessible Extruder that shipped with my Makerfarm i3v 10" printer. I designed it to be easier to load/unload filament as well as be compatible with soft filaments like wax or ninjaflex. Has more adjustment in the drive motor and uses all the original hardware. trapped nuts fit improvements so they don't free-spin while tightening or loosening bolts - but may need some filing to fit depending on the print quality.
