Part Cooler for Prometheus v2 Hotend

Part Cooler for the Prometheus v2 Hotend. The design intent is that the part cooler connect directly to the heatsink area of the hotend sandwiched between the heatsink and a 25mm fan. The idea is to keep the parts, size and weight minimal as the person requesting this is using it on a delta printer. That said this part is untested and currently unprinted. Feedback is appreciated.
