For most Prusa I3 machines, getting sufficient tension on the belts can be tough. The X Axis belt is the most difficult. This is especially true if you have to take the belt off and try to re-install it, in it's now trimmed form, where you can't seem to get enough purchase on the belt to pull hard enough to get tension anymore.
