Snap-in Air Fan Shroud v2 for CTC i3 MK8 extruder with the metal holder

This is based on the http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1243891 idea.
Though this is 5mm shorter to fit with the aluminum extruder holder. As this comes very near of the hot end a sheet of foil as a heat shield is recommended.

The shroud should be bind in to its place to enhance the air tightness and avoiding the waggle.

Updated version: Have a lip, which secure the shroud over the Fan bolt. Air outlet added also on the side.
