X Carriage Dial Gauge Mount 8mm M4

This mount is adapted from nopheads design (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:23907). I changed it to hold dial gauge with 8mm diameter and changed the M3 holes to M4, because I have no more M3 screws :-(
