PanelDue w/7" LCD Mount for Rostock Max V2

As part of my upgrade to a Duet Wifi board with a PanelDue for my Rostock Max V2, I wanted to elevate the control panel a bit more out of reach for the younger kids in my household. [dc42's mount](http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:656884) provided a good blueprint, but I also wanted things to look a bit more symmetrical for the front panel.
