Stephenson Rocket 1:32 train remix

I've been building the Stephenson Rocket (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:564002) train and had some trouble with the original meshes on my Ultimaker with Cura 2.4.

I also wanted to print in different colors to reduce the amount of painting needed.

For the wheels: I split them into 2 parts so the outer could be silver and the inner yellow. I also attached the spokes, in cura they were not connected.
