These dispensers are nice but they are horribly designed -- I've lost the bottom cap on every single one (and the roll of bags).

No longer!

My replacement screws on more tightly, takes less space, prevents it from rolling off a table, and with a clear filament lets you see how many bags are left from the bottom.
