HP DV4000 Cooling fan Mount MK8 extruder Sintron i3

Simple HP DV4000 fan mount for MK8 extruder (Sintron i3 printer). Fan itself is mounted with epoxy or screws. Unfortunately screw holes a not in design (feel free to remix it).I have modified Sintron MK8 extruder mount to accept fan mount. DV4000 fan could be bought for £3 here in UK.
Please note that fan is 5V not 12V. Simple DC-DC buck converter should be used (I used mini 360 buck converter set to 3.6V (£2 on eBay) ) .
