I decided to make it rotate around a vertical axis.
You need two ball bearings. To make them easy to find I picked the standard from roller skates or skateboards (d=8mm ; D=22mm ; B=7mm).
Any friend skateboarding or any worshop will give you a pair of second hand ones, otherwise take the cheapest new. Sure will the center will end up with paper clips and miscelleanous things in the middle.
