Bowden Insert to Direct Drive Converter / push-fit connection adapter

I have a few E3D clones that are Bowden cast, and have switched some to direct drive. I had a problem with the filament coiling up in the open space. I made some adapters for both 1.75 and 3.0. Designed for a flat head screwdriver to help if you which to convert back.
