UltraFire LED flashlight holder

I designed this to hold a Ultrafire 18850 LED flashlight upright on the side a roll away toolbox.
It has counter sunk screw head fittings. I made it loose and used 1" self sticking felt pads on the bottom and half one on the side to hold it tight and to keep it from vibrating.
