Just a basic replacement Quixo Block.
Print with either the X or O side down and no support will be needed and no problem with drooping on the lettering.
Lettering is inverse extruded (intruded?) deep enough to allow for a few coats of low build primer and then your whatever color coating and faux wood finish you choose.
It does not need it, but I used a 30% infill to get close to approximate weight of original piece.
