Printrbot Simple Metal Light v4

This is a remix of the original Printrbot Simple light. I used the original for a few years and after recently upgrading to the all metal UBIS with cooling fan the original LED holder would not fit. So I added about 10mm to the original design to move it out far enough to clear the new hotend cooling fan. Thanks to acastro for a great design.
