These are designed to be CNCed using a 1/8" endmill bit. These are a one piece part, the holes are tap size .1495" for 10-24 or 10-32 bolts.
You will need to use 2.25" bolts with the 9mm, 12mm and 15mm. If you can find a 2.5" bolt you can use that with the 15mm versions too.
These are not meant to be 3D Printed, the tolerancing between parts is not intended for 3D printers but rather CNCs. If you print them, I make no promises that it will work.
The picture shown is of the 44T 12mm versio
