HICTOP Prusa i3 X Belt Holder

I modified the standard X-axis belt holder for the HICTOP Prusa i3 family of printers to use a clamping method for the belt, which was inspired by the design used on the LulzBot TAZ printers. The part attaches to the extruder carriage with the same hardware as the original, and I used some of the spare 3mm bolts and nuts that came with the printer for the clamps.
