Exotic Sands LED Strip Mount

This is to mount two LED strips at the base of an [Exotic Sands](https://exoticsands.com/) picture. The one in the photo is the X Large 9" x 16" size, but this should also work on the other sized frames too. One of the cross bars has an internal cutout to run the wires from one side to the other neatly. The 5V LED strips are widely available on eBay.
