mouse ears separate settings for box and lid

needed occupation-detect temperature control for floor heating system.

remixed the script to support split mouse-ears control for both lid and base (they can print with different sizes and can be enabled/disabled separately) - i use mouse-ears for mounting controller to the wall, but i do not need them on top of box.
