This is a mount for the faceplate of a Yaesu FTM-100D that is custom fit for a 2014 Toyota Tundra. The metal faceplate mount that comes with the radio - bolts to this. There is a small gap in the Tundra console that the mount slides into in such a way that the console lid holds everything in place with out any screws or two-sided tape. It can be removed simply by opening the console lid. When mounted it doesn't interfere with the shifter or access to the the drink holders.
