Empanadilla Maker

This is a simple Empanadilla Maker (turnover maker). Empanadillas, also known in Puerto Rico as empanadas or pastelillos, are baked or fried pastries. Here in Puerto Rico we eat them stuffed with a lot of things, like meat, chicken, pizza sauce and cheese, guava paste, shrimp... you name it. The are really good!
