Lead Screw 8mm for 25x25 Extrusion and abec 7 bearing with m4x20
I used http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1061769 to do the T-NUT properly.
WORKS great. i would heat up the T NUT end with a heat gun, before putting it into the extrusion, I used a hammer and broke it partially. still works tho.
