Anet A8 Mainboard Case with MOSFET and relay plus Rpi mount

VERSION 5 is here! However I have not been able to print it just yet. I hope I was able to resolve all the issue I had in version 4.

I wanted the main board placed in the original position but yet have a case around it plus my MOSFET, relay and Raspberry Pi 2 running Octopi. By merging many other ideas and designs into one with some custom mods myself, I was able to fit it all except a raspberrypi, which I'm making an snap-on attachment to the top. I've added hinges for the lid as well.
